Code of Conduct

In purchasing of this ticket you are agreeing to abide by the Royal City Furries Rules & Code of Conduct.

Age - You are at least 19 years of age on the day of the event (October 18, 2025)

Smoking and Vaping - Smoking or vaping are not permitted within the venue. This includes the entire patio space. Per Ontario law, you must be at least 9 meters from any entrance/exit if you wish to smoke or vape outside. 

Kink/Fetish Gear - All attendees must be fully clothed while in the venue. Face coverings (i.e. Pup hoods) are okay, as well as any accessories you wish to wear overtop of clothing/fursuits.

Respect and Inclusivity - Treat everyone with kindness and respect. We celebrate diversity and welcome guests of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities.

Fursuits, Luggage and Accessories - Be respectful of other peoples’ property. Do not block doorways or passages with luggage/tote bags. Neither we, nor the venue, are responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. In short: don’t touch what isn’t yours.

Consent and Boundaries - Always ask for consent before initiating physical contact. A fursuit/costume does not mean consent. Please be respectful if someone declines a dance or interaction.

Alcohol Consumption - Enjoy responsibly. Please know your limit. If you plan on consuming alcohol, make sure to have transportation or accommodation arrangements.

Outside Food - Outside food and drink are not permitted. Light snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at the event.

Zero Tolerance - Harassment, violence, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave the event.

Admission to the venue from 6:30 PM to Midnight.
